Evaluation - Healthy Sandwiches

Image
Today, my partner and I made 'Healthy Sandwiches'. It was delicious. This task had more effort in making the sandwiches look appealing to the audience. Which was by presenting the sandwiches on top of each other or side by side, that was up to you. My partner and I decided to put our sandwiches on top and cut into triangles so that people at home could see what was inside the sandwich. Now what the sandwich tastes like. The lettuce was my favourite part of the sandwich. The lettuce was crunchy  and  because the  sandwich was  wholemeal, the sandwich was healthy. We started off by washing all the raw vegetables that had to be washed like tomatoes, lettuce, etc. Then we sliced the vegetables or chicken in pieces so that we could put in the sandwich. Next, we decided to put a dressing on the finished sandwich and put it on a  plate to show our 'Healthy Sandwich'.  Lastly, we put it in a bag/lunchbox to eat at home.

Evaluation - Fruit Kebabs

Image
Today, my partner and I made these fruit kebabs. In my opinion, they look nice to eat. The difficulty for me was quite easy since this session was all about you chopping with the correct technique and precision. We started off by washing all the fruit that had to be washed. Then cutting the fruits into bite-sized pieces.  After, we got skewers and put them on the skewer. Next, we decided to put the finished fruit kebabs on a plate to show our kebabs.  Lastly, we put it in a bag to eat at home.
