Special safety steps
Hygiene steps
When you are chopping be aware of what you are doing.
Concentrate on what are you cutting
so no incidents will come.

Chopping boards must be replaced
if they get old or cracked,  as they are a
breeding ground for microorganisms.
Make sure you have rinsed
all fruits before cutting except the banana.

After you wash your
hands, make sure you don’t dry
your hands on your apron,
clothes, or tea towel as they can
contaminate your hands with
bacteria again.

To avoid spreading bacteria
from tea towels, change them
often.
Presentation requirements
Fruit must go on a skewer.
