Recipe #1

  1. 2 (240g) cups self-raising flour
  2. 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1⁄2 ( 125g) cup butter, softened
  4. 3⁄4 cup sugar 2 eggs
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Icing:

  1. 250g butter, cubed, at room temperature
  2. 450g (3 cups) pure icing sugar, sifted
  3. 60ml (1/4 cup) milk

  1. 4 ( 480g) cups of self - raising flour
  2. 1 teaspoon of salt
  3. 1 1⁄2 (250g) cup of butter, softened
  4. 1 cup of sugar
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 2 cups of milk
  7. 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence ( optional )

Icing:

  1. 500g butter, cubed, at room temperature
  2. 900g (6 cups) of pure icing sugar, sifted
  3. 120ml (1/2 cup) milk
