Baking
1. Use good quality, fresh ingredients2. Use accurate amounts
3. Pastry --> cold ingredients
4. Cupcakes, muffins, etc. --> should be stored at room temperature
5. Make sure oven is preheated and buns are on the correct shelf unless it's fan-forced
6. Introduce and keeps as much air as possible into ingredients.
7. Use accurate measuring tools
